These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alora Wave AI character roleplay platform (“Platform”) provided by Alora Wave LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

The Platform is for personal, non-commercial use. You must:

  • Provide your own internet-enabled device (e.g., computer, mobile phone).
  • Bear any internet or subscription-related costs.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms.

You may not use the Platform for illegal activities, to harm others, or to disrupt our services.

2. Account Responsibilities

To use the Platform, you must register an account with accurate information. You are responsible for:

  • Safeguarding your account credentials.
  • All activities conducted under your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including AI characters, storylines, and design elements, is owned by Alora Wave LLC or our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission.
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile the Platform.

You retain ownership of content you create (e.g., roleplay inputs), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to provide and improve the Platform.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post or share content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others’ rights.
  • Use the Platform to harass, defame, or harm others.
  • Attempt to access or disrupt the Platform’s systems or security.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

5. Service Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or your access at any time without notice. We are not liable for any resulting losses.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alora Wave LLC is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Losses due to Platform downtime, errors, or data loss.

7. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms by posting changes on our website. Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates your acceptance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
